As the Manager of Performance and Continuous Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of the Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with Ma'aden's objectives. You will oversee all operational and cost improvement efforts at BMNM, focusing on identifying high value-add opportunities for enhancement. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and managing improvement programs across all sites to assess, monitor, and enhance operational performance.

In addition to leading detailed data analysis using various techniques such as statistical analysis and Monte Carlo simulations, you will design and implement a capability building plan to enhance data analysis skills and improvement tools across all sites. You will also be responsible for ensuring key stakeholder engagement, effective communication, documentation of Business Optimization operating practices, standardization of processes where possible, and sustainability of improvement projects. Moreover, you will deliver accurate reporting on project statuses on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while creating executive presentations for leadership.
