As a Senior Specialist in T&I Delivery Management at Ma'aden, you will play a crucial role in implementing our strategy for Technology & Innovation. This includes standardizing processes, methodologies, and project management practices across the portfolio. You will be responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the T&I portfolio's progress and conducting financial analysis on projects. Additionally, you will optimize the portfolio by prioritizing projects based on maturity levels and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
In this role, you will provide leadership by aligning business objectives with project initiatives and mentoring project managers across different levels of the organization. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential as you collaborate with peers, senior leadership, and various functions within Ma'aden. You will establish stakeholder relations both internally and externally to deliver program objectives successfully. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science, along with 6 years of experience in Project Management.
