Chief Financial Officer

Position Purpose: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in the overall management and strategy of Mabaat. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing relationships with external stakeholders, leading fundraising efforts, maintaining robust financial controls, aligning financial strategies with business objectives, driving cross-functional initiatives, and more. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within the hospitality and real estate industries.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including experience as a CFO or equivalent role in a high-growth company.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting.
