As the MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from post-award to successful completion. You will serve as a guide and mentor for senior and junior engineers, representing the company in meetings with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Your role will involve liaising between various departments such as operations, quality control, health & safety, engineering, procurement, and HR to ensure timely project delivery according to the highest standards of safety and quality. Additionally, you will be in charge of project profitability and ensuring the satisfaction of all internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. You should have at least 12 years of active project execution experience in MEP projects, with a minimum of 4 years working in Saudi Arabia. Demonstrating a high level of technical skills related to MEP project execution is essential. Experience managing an MEP project exceeding SR 35 million is preferred.
