We are currently seeking a Head of Human Resources to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy to align with our business objectives. In this position, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to senior leaders across 6 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Yemen, and Iraq. Your main focus will be on conceptualizing and executing People Function strategies that complement our business goals while driving organizational growth and performance.
As the Head of Human Resources, your key responsibilities will include leading the change management process to optimize outcomes, enhancing corporate culture to attract top talent, coaching leaders to improve their strategic thinking skills, and overseeing talent management initiatives such as succession planning and employee engagement. You will also be involved in transitioning businesses during M&A processes, identifying challenges within the organization, optimizing resource levels for improved performance, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements related to the People Function.
