We are currently seeking a diligent HR Officer to join our team and oversee the efficient implementation of all Human Resources functions at the Center in alignment with Magrabi HR Policies and Procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks such as manpower planning, recruitment procedures, orientation/training programs, performance appraisal, payroll management, employees’ benefits administration, and fostering positive employee relations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes.
As the HR Officer at Magrabi Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in preparing the Center Manpower Plan/Budget while ensuring compliance with Magrabi HR policies related to recruitment, selection, inductions, and performance appraisal. Working closely with Center Department Heads, you will assess training needs and collaborate with the Performance Management Manager and HR Director to address them effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Center Payroll efficiently and maintaining clear communication with the Finance department regarding employees’ compensation.
