We are currently seeking a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Team Leader to join our Performance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strength and conditioning training programs for athletes in all sports categories. Working closely with the Head of Performance, the selected individual will oversee scheduling and planning to ensure comprehensive coverage of training sessions, competitions, and events. Additionally, they will collaborate with other staff members to design structured programming for teams and talents while maintaining consistency in approach.

As the Strength & Conditioning Team Leader at Mahd Sports Academy, you will play a crucial role in tracking and reporting on testing results, attendance records, and other essential data within our Athlete Management System (AMS). You will also conduct regular training session audits to provide feedback to department heads and stakeholders for continual improvement. Furthermore, you will lead continuing education meetings for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in strength and conditioning practices. Embracing new technologies and initiatives in collaboration with other department heads will be key aspects of this role.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strength and conditioning training programs for athletes of all ages and levels.
