As a Chef De Partie at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel, you will oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the restaurant's beverage stations while ensuring the food quality and presentation of dishes meet our standards. You will be responsible for supervising your kitchen section, complying with quality requirements, monitoring food quality and delivery timeliness, as well as ordering ingredients daily. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining food safety standards set by the hotel and local health regulations.

Collaboration is key in our kitchen, so effective communication with colleagues within and beyond the Food and Beverage division is essential. You will also be involved in training sessions to ensure that all team members are up-to-date on food knowledge and cooking methods.
