Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business strategy.

- Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
- Monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures organization-wide.

- Identify training needs and implement training programs accordingly.
- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics reporting.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR practices.
