The ideal candidate for this position should possess a 2-year degree or a 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields. Additionally, candidates should have at least 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital advertising or related areas. Previous experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency would be advantageous. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive sales revenue strategy for the property, engage effectively on social media platforms, and collaborate efficiently with internal resources to create compelling marketing campaigns.
