- Make decisions on space allocation for catering events to optimize revenue generation when necessary.
- Participate in sales calls alongside team members to secure new business opportunities and close deals successfully.
- Oversee operational aspects of secured business, such as proposal generation, contract writing, and customer communication.

**Analyzing & Reporting on Sales Performance**
- Utilize sales systems to analyze market data effectively and develop strategies that align with the property's financial room and catering objectives.
- Support Revenue Management by providing accurate projections for future periods based on current performance.
- Review guest satisfaction feedback related to sales and catering services to identify areas for improvement.
