The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of senior sales experience, preferably in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries. As the Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. You will manage and expand the customer base through various channels while building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients. Additionally, you will lead contract negotiations with key customers and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for increasing market share.

In this role, you will ensure the application of sales policies, procedures, and best practices with quality standards. You will guide and monitor the sales team by developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance their performance. Providing regular sales performance reports and business development analysis to management will also be part of your responsibilities.
