Director of Operations And Business Development

MCG Talent, a leading event management company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development and Operations to spearhead business growth and oversee operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in event management, business development, and operational leadership. As the Director of Business Development and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, building key relationships with stakeholders across various sectors, and leading proposal and contract preparation efforts.
