We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of ISO 41001:2018 compliant Facility Management System (FMS) and ISO 14001 and 45001 compliant HSE Management System across various client locations in KSA. This challenging yet rewarding role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on safety compliance, risk mitigation, and process efficiency within diverse sectors.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a highly organized project manager with extensive experience in workplace and facilities management, occupational health, safety, environmental standards, ISO certifications, risk management methodologies, and process improvement strategies. As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of both projects from planning to development, training, audits, certification attainment, and beyond. Your technical expertise combined with effective leadership skills will drive successful project outcomes within the specified 10-month timeframe.
To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of managing complex projects related to health, safety, environmental management systems or quality management. Experience in implementing ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (preferably ISO 41001) is crucial. Additionally, familiarity with risk assessment methodologies like ISO 31000 is essential for conducting thorough analyses. Strong communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels and managing stakeholders effectively.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans aligning with scope and objectives; overseeing FMS and HSE MS development; conducting context analysis and SWOT analysis; integrating LEED certification requirements; defining FM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); facilitating internal audits; managing relationships with certification bodies; monitoring project progress; providing support during external audits; coordinating on-site consultants' activities; among others.
