Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of an ISO 41001:2018 compliant Facility Management System (FMS) and ISO 14001 and 45001 compliant HSE Management System for our client's locations in KSA. This 10-month project requires a candidate with experience in workplace and facilities management, occupational health, safety, environmental standards, risk management, and process improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of both projects from planning to certification while ensuring key deliverables are met on schedule.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing complex projects related to health, safety, environmental management systems within diverse sectors such as public sector, manufacturing, construction, or energy. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, overseeing system development according to ISO standards, conducting risk assessments and internal audits, facilitating training sessions, and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels. The candidate should possess advanced knowledge of ISO 41001 Facilities Management standards and relevant certifications in facilities management software/tools.
