Our client, one of the largest real estate investment companies in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Finance Director to join their team. As the Finance Director, you will report directly to the Business Unit MD and Group CFO. Your primary responsibility will be to establish the complete finance and accounting function for the retail operations business unit within the group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build something from scratch and make a significant impact on the organization's financial operations.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Director include creating and implementing relevant ERP systems, policies, and procedures for the business unit. You will also be tasked with developing the finance organization chart, hiring talented individuals to fill key roles, and overseeing all finance and accounting operations within the unit. Additionally, you will have oversight of treasury management, tax compliance, and zakat requirements for the business unit.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience with start-ups in real estate development, real estate asset management, retail operations or malls.
