Our client, a multinational company in life sciences, is seeking a dedicated Regional Marketing Manager (Clinical Diagnostics) to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing field marketing teams within a sales region. Your primary responsibilities will involve gathering insights into regional market dynamics, activating campaigns, enabling sales teams, and nurturing key customer relationships. By collaborating closely with global marketing and regional sales leadership, you will drive growth and help achieve business goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing regional marketing tactics that align with the global field marketing plan. You will work hand in hand with product marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging for regional programs. Collaborating with regional sales leaders is essential to ensure that local strategies complement global marketing plans effectively. Additionally, you will translate the Go-to-Market plan (GTM) into practical quarterly targets, initiatives, and metrics for each region and business unit.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you should possess strong analytical skills to analyze the sales cycle, channel mix, and customer segmentation for optimizing the selling process across different customer segments and personas. Setting KPIs aligned with the GTM plan is crucial for monitoring performance effectively. You will also be required to travel with the field marketing team in the region to provide coaching and feedback on performance while managing a team of 3-5 marketing individuals under limited supervision.
