Our client, a leading healthcare group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of its clinics in Al Qassim. As a key player in driving operational excellence, you will actively contribute to the organization's ongoing transformation process. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can ensure consistency in service delivery, compliance with company standards, and alignment with strategic goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple facilities in Al Qassim. Your duties will include identifying opportunities for operational improvement, analyzing financial and operational performance metrics, managing budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with clinic managers to address challenges, optimize staffing, streamline workflows, and lead change management efforts to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management (Master's degree preferred) along with 7-10 years of experience in operations management within the healthcare or service industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and knowledge of local healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia are essential for success in this role.
