Our client, a multinational medtech company, is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling medical equipment, including IT solutions tailored for healthcare institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships effectively to achieve revenue targets in compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Working closely with the Regional Head Quarters Manager and division managers, you will develop and execute tailored strategies aimed at expanding revenue streams within existing accounts while promoting the company's products and solutions. You will also be tasked with identifying and acquiring new customers, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities with current accounts to ensure account growth and client retention across the Kingdom. Cultivating long-term relationships with key clients and strategic accounts will be essential for driving growth and retention.

In addition to managing client relationships, you will provide regular forecasting updates on account performance, opportunities, and risks to senior management. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the Kingdom will also be part of your responsibilities. Representing the company at regional industry events and trade shows to enhance brand presence and networking is another key aspect of this role. Overall, your goal as a Strategic Account Manager will be to create and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue targets while contributing to the overall business objectives.

This position offers a competitive salary range of SAR 30,000 - 35,000 per month along with benefits. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Medical or related field (a Master's degree is an advantage), along with 5-7 years of experience in office management focusing on financial management and regulatory affairs. Proven experience in representing a company at government agencies and managing clients/distributors is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in KSA.
