As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and driving sales through strategic account management techniques and strong customer partnerships. Working closely with the Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and implement account strategies to optimize sales volumes and promote marketing programs effectively. Your main duties will include preparing accurate sales forecasts, building relationships with new and existing clients, overseeing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring proper inventory management.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also play a key role in talent development within the team. You will lead and coach team members to cultivate empowerment and ownership while identifying training needs and overseeing development plans. With at least 7 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing or related fields, along with a Bachelor's degree, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.
