Enterprise Risk Management – Manager

As the Enterprise Risk Management – Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our organization's Risk Management mandate and executing the risk management plan across all entities. Your focus will encompass Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Fraud Risk Management (FRM), Compliance Risk Management (CRM), as well as Operational and Financial Internal Controls. You will be responsible for overseeing the utilization of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to manage Segregation of Duties effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the consistent application and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. You will lead risk identification and assessment exercises while facilitating management in identifying and assessing risks accurately. It will be your duty to ensure that appropriate risk mitigation measures are in place, aligned with our organization's risk appetite and tolerance levels. Additionally, you will provide guidance on risk management strategies and analyze both internal and external emerging risks to communicate their impact effectively.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can develop comprehensive risk registers and documentation while monitoring and reporting on all risk management activities proficiently. You will design and implement models for risk quantification and stress testing while promoting a culture of best practices in risk management throughout our organization. Collaboration with various departments to optimize risk management objectives is essential, along with evaluating insurance coverage and overseeing third-party risk management programs.

• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Fraud Risk Management, Compliance Risk Management, and Internal Controls.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools is preferred.
