We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Director with a proven track record of leading successful IT sales teams to join our organization. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategy and overseeing the sales of our diverse portfolio of services. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding our customer base, evaluating costs for selling products and services, and leading the sales team to meet targets effectively.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training new sales representatives; establishing sales projections and budgets; attending industry events to stay updated on trends; building strong relationships with technology vendors, distributors, and customers; submitting accurate revenue forecasts; onboarding new customers; and increasing winning ratios for submitted deals. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in selling IT products and solutions in the Saudi Arabia market, with a proven track record in selling Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Solutions, Cybersecurity Managed Services, or Enterprise Licensing.
