As the Senior Manager of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing financial tracking, compliance, reporting, and setting up the finance function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive financial success while maintaining a hands-on approach to forecasting, tracking, reporting, and partner relations. This strategic yet hands-on role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management principles.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial tracking and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, developing financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the CEO and Head of Operations. You will also be responsible for establishing internal finance functions, mentoring team members, implementing financial software tools for streamlined operations, and facilitating communication between departments for financial transparency.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with professional certifications such as CPA or CFA. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in finance management with a proven track record in financial planning, compliance, and reporting. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software tools like Microsoft and Google suites, excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
