As an Organizational Development Specialist at Modern Building Leaders, you will play a crucial role in driving performance enhancement, talent development, change management, employee engagement, culture building, assessment and feedback processes, as well as policy and process improvement initiatives. You will design and implement strategies to improve individual, team, and organizational performance while developing and delivering employee development programs that include training, mentoring, and leadership initiatives. Additionally, you will lead change initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions while fostering a strong organizational culture aligned with our core values.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business administration or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in organizational development or a related role. Proven expertise in change management, training programs implementation and employee engagement are essential for success in this position. Familiarity with OD tools, frameworks and methodologies is also required to effectively drive organizational development initiatives.
