Business Development Manager (Muscat, Oman Based)

As the Group Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy and ensuring its successful implementation across all departments. You will lead innovation efforts to create new business opportunities and improve assets under management. Collaborating closely with Group Directors and the CEO, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new business ideas and investment opportunities that align with the company's vision.

In addition to strategic planning responsibilities, you will oversee daily department operations, manage budgets effectively to ensure financial performance targets are met, and lead a team of analysts and researchers in conducting feasibility studies for potential markets and projects. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to support various initiatives and events while fostering a performance-driven team culture through employee development initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Business Administration, Economics, International Business or related field. They should have proven experience in developing global market strategies, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, as well as at least 8 years of project management experience. Knowledge of the Fisheries & Aquaculture sector would be advantageous.
