Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing or Digital Marketing Manager, with a dotted line reporting to Regional E-commerce, your primary responsibilities will include managing content updates, social media platforms, and email marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop initiatives targeting key feeder markets that drive traffic to direct channels while ensuring high-quality content creation and optimization across various online platforms.
Key responsibilities of this role also include monitoring competitor activity to maintain competitiveness in content quality and offer appeal, managing the property's presence on social media channels, optimizing traffic acquisition levers such as SEO and paid social campaigns, and supporting the execution of email marketing calendars aligned with corporate guidelines. Additionally, you will provide creative ideas for content marketing and social media strategies while delivering regular reports on web performance metrics.
To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in E-Commerce/Digital Marketing within the hospitality or retail sector. A degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing and Communications is preferred along with excellent verbal and written English skills.
