We are currently seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and establishing collaboration structures between Product and internal stakeholders such as Customer Success, Sales, Post-sales, and Engineering teams. Your key tasks will include ensuring alignment on product objectives, advocating for insights to inform feature prioritization, overseeing product testing processes, facilitating cross-functional strategy exercises like roadmap planning, and working closely with Product Managers on scoping and prioritizations.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in STEM (preferred), a minimum of 4 years of work experience with at least 2 years at a technology company, along with at least 3 years of project management experience. Experience in Operations is considered a plus. Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with strong leadership skills are essential for this role. Additionally, familiarity or quick adaptability to the latest Risk and Machine Learning technologies is highly valued.
