This initiative focuses on providing on-the-job training opportunities for Saudi graduates at international organizations and exceptional companies to equip them with valuable experience and skills necessary for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree who is registered on the TAQAT platform, currently unemployed, not registered with GOSI in the past six months, and has not previously participated in the Tamheer program.
