As a Performance Manager at My Clinic, you will play a crucial role in identifying key areas for measurement within the clinic. Working closely with process owners, you will develop key measures related to structure, process, and outcomes for each process. Your responsibilities will include designing identification cards for selected measures and piloting them before full implementation. Collaborating with department heads, you will collect relevant performance data and validate it for accuracy. Utilizing data analysis tools, you will assess key measures in categories such as structure, process, and outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that streamline workflows across structural, procedural, and outcome-related areas. Collaboration with senior management is essential to align performance improvement initiatives with organizational goals. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work closely with accreditation & risk management teams to conduct audits and reviews. Providing training on performance measurement tools and methodologies to staff members is also part of your role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the clinic.

The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field with 8 to 10 years of experience within a similar industry.
