As a Finance Manager at Nathan & Nathan, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations within the organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. You will ensure compliance with financial principles, policies, and regulations while reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts for accuracy.

In addition to financial reporting duties, you will assist in annual budget preparation and regular forecasting activities. Monitoring budget performance, analyzing variances, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making are key aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for conducting profitability, cost, and financial performance analyses.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA preferred), along with professional certification (CA, ACCA, CMA or CPA). The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel is required. Strong analytical skills along with attention to detail and effective communication abilities are essential qualities we seek in potential candidates.
