As the Fire Chief at NEOM's Facility Management department, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing fire and emergency response teams. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing fire safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and Saudi Civil Defense regulations, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders and emergency services. Additionally, you will oversee fire prevention activities, manage firefighting equipment readiness, and handle incident investigations.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in fire safety and emergency response. You must have proven leadership experience in roles such as Fire Chief or Deputy Fire Chief. A strong knowledge of NFPA standards, Saudi Civil Defense regulations, and international fire codes is essential. Certification in Fire Safety from reputable organizations like NFPA or IFSAC is required. A degree in Fire Science or Emergency Management would be advantageous. Experience in large-scale facility management projects or industrial sites is highly preferred. Excellent leadership skills along with crisis management abilities and effective communication are key attributes for success in this role.
