Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. They must have the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally while demonstrating advanced analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting MAGNA's asset list following NEOM policies and procedures, managing cost database reporting, assisting in developing the department's annual business plan, KPIs, budget, and policies.

In addition to documenting auditing and logs, this role involves coordinating with various departments within NEOM to develop high-level project business cases and feasibility assessments. The Financial Analyst will assess the feasibility of new projects through market evaluation and ensure the development of detailed financial models. Stakeholder management is crucial in this role as it involves gathering inputs from different departments to align on project financial feasibility study approach.
