As the Fire Chief at NEOM, your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing fire safety protocols, procedures, and training programs. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with NFPA standards, Saudi Civil Defense regulations, and other applicable laws. Additionally, you will collaborate with NEOM authorities, emergency services, and internal stakeholders to coordinate fire prevention activities, inspections, and emergency drills. Your role will also involve overseeing incident investigations and reporting while managing firefighting equipment maintenance and readiness.

To excel in this role at NEOM, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in fire safety and emergency response with proven leadership skills in roles such as Fire Chief or Deputy Fire Chief. A strong knowledge of NFPA standards, Saudi Civil Defense regulations, and international fire codes is essential. Certification in Fire Safety from recognized bodies such as NFPA or IFSAC is required. Ideally, you should hold a degree in Fire Science or Emergency Management. Experience in large-scale facility management projects or industrial sites would be advantageous. Excellent leadership abilities along with crisis management and communication skills are vital for success in this position.
