Head of Engineering

NEOM, a visionary region in northwest Saudi Arabia on the Red Sea, is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and direct the engineering team within the Public Safety organization. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Fire Engineering design reviews for all NEOM regions. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with project delivery goals. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in relevant fields and a strong track record of leading complex engineering projects within public safety domains. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is required, with advanced degrees or certifications in security or public safety being advantageous.

Key responsibilities include delivering Fire & Security Engineering strategies for NEOM regions, managing design reviews of engineering systems related to projects, and ensuring the overall success of fire & security engineering systems at NEOM. The Head of Engineering will work closely with project design leadership to deliver high-quality engineering systems that support project objectives within set timelines and budgets.
