Project Director

As the Project Director - ULMs at NEOM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing the construction program throughout its full life cycle during the implementation phase. Collaborating closely with design teams, you will provide constructability feedback to ensure project feasibility while developing project schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates. Your responsibilities will include managing construction management teams to guarantee the successful delivery of established project objectives for ultra luxury real estate developments.

Your key accountabilities will involve engaging with design teams to offer constructability feedback, leading the development of Project Execution Plans for effective communication with implementation teams, assembling project teams and professional consultants, reporting construction status to project delivery stakeholders, driving best value decision-making processes, ensuring effective post-completion handover procedures, leading team retrospective programs for continuous improvement based on lessons learned from previous projects.

To be successful in this role, you must possess 12+ years of construction experience with at least 6 years in senior executive positions within major construction companies. Additionally, you should have 6+ years of construction experience in the Gulf Region and a proven track record of delivering complex high-value projects. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required along with extensive knowledge of all facets of construction implementation.
