Senior Project Engineer

NEOM, a groundbreaking project in Saudi Arabia aimed at creating a futuristic and sustainable living environment, is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Project Engineer at NEOM, you will play a crucial role in supervising all phases of design, material procurement, and construction for assigned projects. You will provide work direction to a group of Engineers and support personnel while managing Infrastructure, Marine projects, tendering tasks, and commercial transactions. Your responsibilities will also include directing activities of design and project management contractors.

In this role, you will be accountable for various key activities such as managing the construction process and contractors on Infrastructure projects related to Power, Water, Sewage, and Internet ICT. Additionally, you will oversee Landscape projects (Soft and Hard), Public Realms Finishing Roads, Street Furniture installations, Public Safety initiatives, Marine contracts including Marina projects and Promenade development. You will supervise the preparation of project proposals, budget estimates, expenditure requests, economic analysis reports while ensuring compliance with NEOM standards and specifications.

The ideal candidate for this position should have ten years of experience in varied engineering work with an emphasis on initial engineering stages. Familiarity with Infrastructure projects, public realms development processes, Marine contracts handling along with tendering procedures is essential. Proficiency in planning methods like CPM and PERT is required along with knowledge of Company procedures and technical data manuals. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is necessary for this role. Fluency in English is a must while knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial but not mandatory.
