As the Store & Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the storage, inventory, and movement of goods within our industrial catering environment. Your responsibilities will include managing the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of supplies, maintaining efficient storage practices, and ensuring that all materials are available for catering operations. Strong organizational skills are essential for optimizing inventory management and maintaining cost controls. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of food, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements such as incoming deliveries, usage, and returns.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet operational needs without overstocking or stockouts.
- Conduct regular stock audits and checks to ensure correct levels and condition.
- Manage stock rotation process (FIFO) for perishable items.

Supplier Management & Purchasing:
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods required for catering operations.
- Oversee purchasing process from order placement to verifying accuracy.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to delivery terms, quality standards, and pricing agreements.
