We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Marketing and Consumer Intelligence team in Riyadh as part of our new strategic approach.

As a Senior Manager at NielsenIQ, you will play a crucial role in delivering client-centric solutions in consumer insight and marketing effectiveness. Your primary objective will be to drive top-line growth and profitability by addressing key business questions and enhancing ROI for our clients. Responsibilities include managing ad hoc research projects from inception to conclusion, including developing research designs, analyzing data, presenting findings, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in research-related fields, preferably with an emphasis on retail or marketing sciences.

The successful candidate for this role will possess experience in custom survey-based research with expertise in consumer insights or brand tracking solutions. Proficiency in digital analytics would be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, along with excellent communication abilities in English, are essential for this position. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, client-handling capabilities, initiative, creativity, leadership qualities, and self-motivation.
