As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering client-centric solutions focused on consumer insight and marketing effectiveness. Your primary objective will be to drive top-line growth and profitability by addressing key business questions with expertise. You will be responsible for managing ad hoc research projects from inception to conclusion, including developing research designs, analyzing data, presenting findings, and ensuring project deliverables are met accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 8 years of experience in research-related fields, particularly within retail, marketing sciences, or CRM. Experience in custom survey-based research related to consumer insights or brand tracking is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in English, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a proactive approach to client management are essential qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
