We are seeking an experienced Account Director to drive revenue growth within the Public Sector & Government in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for owning Strategic Segment opportunities end-to-end by coordinating resources effectively to land high-value customers Nintex serves. Your primary goal will be to understand customers' strategic objectives, align software solutions with their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

As an Account Director at Nintex, your responsibilities will include developing account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth through relationship-building within existing accounts. You will leverage your product knowledge to conduct effective demonstrations before connecting prospects’ business objectives with specific Nintex solutions. Additionally, you will maintain accurate account records in Salesforce while providing regular reports on account health and performance to senior management.

To excel in this role at Nintex, we believe you need at least 10 years of full sales cycle experience within the SaaS industry along with proven experience in strategic account management (3-5 years). You should possess excellent communication skills as well as proficiency in value messaging and objection handling. Familiarity with CRM software tools is essential for success in this position.
