Our client is renowned for delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable results for brands worldwide. With a strong presence across multiple continents, they specialize in creating profitable partnerships through advanced marketing strategies and cutting-edge platforms.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the client’s advertiser base in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. This role focuses on driving growth, building strong relationships, and maximizing revenue in a dynamic market. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the advertiser network by creating meaningful partnerships, maximizing revenue, and positioning the client as a leader in the MENA market.

Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new advertisers and agencies in Saudi Arabia and across MENA, driving revenue growth by upselling performance-based models to existing advertisers, building strategic relationships with top advertisers while exploring opportunities with emerging brands in the GCC, developing sales strategies to achieve growth targets, providing accurate forecasts supported by data-driven insights to advertisers, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution and exceptional client service, staying ahead of industry trends to offer actionable insights for improved campaign performance, and representing the company as a thought leader in performance marketing within the MENA region.

We are looking for a motivated professional with at least 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in account management or sales, expertise in digital marketing channels and performance metrics including CPM, CPC, CPL, CPI, CPA, and CPS. Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, organizational skills are essential. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory along with willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events.
