We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing all administrative activities on site. This includes overseeing office infrastructure and equipment, providing assistance to site personnel, coordinating cleaning services, interfacing with third-party labor suppliers for staffing needs, managing site purchasing activities, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting time sheets, analyzing data accurately, processing documentation of work performed daily, and ensuring compliance with work hours regulations in collaboration with the Outage Manager and site personnel.
The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for liaising with end-users on-site to understand requirements from the outage manager. This involves creating purchase requests (PR), obtaining necessary approvals for PRs after technical evaluation. Upon order delivery completion of orders received from end-users on-site the successful candidate will process all necessary goods receipts (GR's) or service entry sheets (SES's).
