As a Project Manager at Novel Arabia Middle East Ltd, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, administering, and controlling the management team and workforce. Your role will involve ensuring good industrial relations, discipline, timekeeping, and performance of staff through effective coordination. You will coordinate all functions to ensure priorities are achieved in line with the overall plan while managing project budgets by reviewing costs against forecasted expenses. Additionally, you will assess construction risks and develop safe systems of work within contractual frameworks.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering or equivalent qualification with at least 15 years of experience in Project Management roles within steel fabrication and/or pressure vessel industries. Possessing PMP certification would be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with scope control, change management concepts, reading complex drawings/blueprints is preferred. A thorough knowledge of technical aspects of commercial projects and oil & gas processes is required along with industry standards expertise.
