As a Fulfilment Operations Manager at Panda Retail Company – Savola Group, you will be responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound operations, as well as functional processes within various fulfilment operations. Your role will involve delegating tasks effectively, collecting data, and suggesting ideas for continuous improvement. By taking ownership of the processes, you will motivate your team to achieve success and drive operational efficiency. With a multimillion Riyal turnover operation under your supervision, you will ensure that our employees are well taken care of, our customers receive top-notch service, and the business remains on track towards profitability.
Key responsibilities of this role include implementing strategies to achieve business goals, talent spotting within the team to nurture future leaders and create succession plans, prioritizing customer satisfaction by putting customers first, managing budgets effectively for cost efficiency, monitoring audits and store improvements, assisting in last mile routing and slotting processes, communicating with Panda App customer service regarding delivery exceptions, leading daily operations management across different fulfilment areas such as In Store Fulfilment and Click & Collect services. You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with global process standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives through performance goals setting and quality control standards establishment.
