As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing 2D platform construction projects for a diverse range of asset typologies. Your role will involve managing complex high-rise projects from inception to completion while ensuring that project objectives are successfully met. You will lead the development of work package plans to align key deliverables with modern methods of construction (MMC), cost plans, and programme objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with design teams to ensure that outputs align with procurement and project execution strategies.
One of the key responsibilities of this role is to procure supply chain ecosystems that enable the manufacturing of core products into sub-assemblies. These sub-assemblies will then be fully assembled into finished products either locally in a 3D MMC assembly facility or onsite as required. The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in managing high-rise projects and possess the ability to navigate complex construction processes with ease.
