Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Parsons, you will play a vital role in providing direction and management for medium to large-size projects or multiple small projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all project phases, planning, programming, coordination, scope development, and implementation to ensure project goals are met. You will be responsible for integrating engineering-technical aspects with procurement and construction activities.

In this role specific to the Jazan program, you will act as the lead Project Manager for infrastructure and Facilities projects. You will interface with various stakeholders to define technical design basis, develop implementation plans, manage RFP processes, negotiate with regulatory agencies, oversee project execution plans, establish quality assurance/control plans, and ensure adherence to project criteria. Additionally, you will collaborate with key project individuals to develop budgets, schedules, action plans for conflict resolution or scope changes.

To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience in design & construction and project management. Professional registration such as PMP is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English along with industry knowledge and technology utilization expertise are essential requirements.
