As a Business Development Administrator at Perfect Vision - KSA in Dammam, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development department. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the expansion of our supplier base, registration processes, tender preparation, and various administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include contacting potential and existing suppliers to expand our supplier base, obtaining necessary documentation from suppliers, supporting registration and prequalification processes for tender portals and companies, and assisting with tender and bid preparation tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. You must have a proactive approach to coordinating with suppliers, managing communications effectively, and ensuring the smooth operation of all department activities.
