We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of commercial-scale solar PV projects, from initial planning to final handover. Responsibilities include project planning and development, construction oversight, stakeholder management, risk and change management, as well as project completion and handover.

In the realm of project planning and development, the Project Manager will be responsible for creating and updating project schedules, managing proposals from subcontractors, coordinating engineering processes with suppliers, overseeing logistics and inventory management, as well as maintaining project drawings to reflect progress accurately. During construction and execution oversight, the Project Manager will initiate site startup activities, establish site HSE plans, manage on-site installation teams, supervise subcontractors and consultants, ensuring adherence to professional standards.

Stakeholder management is another critical aspect of this role where the Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between various project stakeholders such as clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. This involves addressing RFIs promptly resolving issues effectively through clear communication channels. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage change orders with clients/subcontractors to mitigate risks proactively while ensuring alignment during client update meetings.

Ideal candidates for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV installation with a strong background in the field. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred; however degrees in construction management or mechanical engineering may also be considered.
