Roles & Responsibilities: The Legal FinTech and Financial Services Senior Manager will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on regulated financial services activities, virtual assets, emerging technology, regulatory compliance, data protection, and technology-related matters. They will work closely with clients in the financial services industry to navigate complex regulatory landscapes in the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial services regulation and experience dealing with cross-border regulatory bodies within the region. Additionally, they should possess strong business development skills and a proven track record of managing client relationships.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in legal and financial services
- Experience in managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial services and virtual asset activities regulatory licensing applications, compliance, data privacy, and cross-border regulatory bodies within the UAE, KSA, and wider MENA region.
- Strong business development skills and proven track record of managing client relationships.
