We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team and ensure that our company's material and service requirements are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, identifying the company's needs, researching potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring supply chains, preparing reports, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
The Procurement Officer will work closely with different departments to identify materials and supplies needed by the company. They will issue requests for quotations (RFQs), analyze offers from suppliers to secure the best deals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, track purchase orders for timely delivery of materials, verify quality upon receipt of materials, prepare reports on procurement activities including costs and suppliers' performance evaluation.
